GENERAL
CONDITIONS OF RENT
The present rent is
made for common conditions and of right in same
subject and notably, for these after expressed, the
buyer of which recognizes to have acquainted and
obliges to execute at the risk of damages, even of
dissolution of contract, not entailing any
reduction of rent, so good seem to the
landlord.
1 - Booking: booking
is assured only after the acknowledgment of
reception of the deposit, or 25 % of the rent. This
sum remains acquired by rights to the owner in case
of cancellation by the tenant.
2 - Price: prices get
water, gas , electricity included. Not included :,
sheets, towels and tea-towels (sheets can be hired
for 5 euros per person, or sheets and towels for 10
euros per person).
The tenant should
leave the furnished flat in perfect state of
neatness. The final cleaning of the gite is the
responsibility of the hirer (with possibility of
this service being undertaken by the landlord for
20 euros or 15 euros, depending on the gite) In
case premises would be made dirty, a lump sum of 20
euros will be taken.
3 - Reception and
delivery of keys : reception and delivery of keys
are make on meeting normaly around 4pm on
saturday.
4 - Inventory of
fixtures and inventory: inventory of fixtures is
made systematically for the arrival of the tenant
and at first. Any complaint concerning places and
inventory should be presented in writing to the
owner for a delay of forty eight hours following
the delivery of keys.
5 - Equipment of the
furnished flat: the furnished apartment is equipped
in necessary furniture to cook and crockery in
sufficient number to welcome the maximum number of
persons clarified in the present rental agreement.
It is to note that blankets are supplied. Only the
linen ,the sheets and products for cleaning are not
foreseen in the rent.
6 - Occupation: the
tenant will occupy places personally and there "
good head of household ". He will not be able to
give or sublet places to third parties, even for
free. No commercial or professional activity will
be able to be exercised in places. The tenant
obliges to respect internal regulation of
co-ownership. The furnished apartment will on no
account be able to be occupied with a number of
persons superior to that clarified to the contract
corresponding to the equipment with which it is
provided. In defect, the contract will be able
to be cancelled at once without deduction of
initial price for rent. Animals are not accepted
(except after request).
7 - Insurance: the
tenant will have the obligation to sign an
Insurance or to send, before the arrival an
insurance certificate confirming that he benefits
from guarantees said
"HOLIDAY RESORTS" .Il
will belong to him to take the initiative to
complete his assurance if need. The owner declines
any responsibility on this subject as well as for
the appeals which the insurers could possibly
exercise against the tenant.
A copy will be kept
by the tenant A copy will be send to the owner with
signing and date.
