2/3 person gite: Traverse Saint Joseph. 83630 Les Salles /Verdon. On entering the village take the road between the butcher's and the supermarket "8 a huit" then after you have parked, take the first opening on the left.

You have booked our gite at Salles sur Verdon and we wish you a happy holiday.

Please note :

First, your arrival time : normally around 4pm on Saturday. We will of course be there to welcome you. However if for some reason your arrival has to be delayed, will you please telephone us a few days in advance as we live about 30kms from the gite.

Don’t forget, if you wish to swim in the Lake of Sainte Croix, it’s advisable to wear plastic sandals. Also, as Les Salles sur Verdon is in the heart of the Regional Park du Verdon where there are many good walks, bring your walking boots. Also remember to bring sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea-towels, which are not included in the gite price, except if arranged beforehand.

A 6 for 25 km towards Lyon interchange A 42 - A 46.

A 42 for 2 km towards Lyon as far as exit interchange A 42 ring road east. N 346 ring road east for 14km towards autoroute A 43. A 43 for 34km towards Chambery. A 48 for 52km towards Grenoble. A 480 for 14km towards Sisteron as far as exit at end of autoroute. N 75 for 58km towards Sisteron via Celles. Col de la Croix Haute. N 75 for 70km via Lus la Croix Haute, via Serres, via autoroute a 51.

A 51 for 52km towards Aix en Provence as far as exit 18 Greoux les Bains, Valensole. D 907 for 1km.

D 6 for 26km via Valensole. D 953 for 1km as far as Riez. D 952 for 17 km to Moustiers Sainte Marie. D 957 for 9 km to Salles sur Verdon.

Autoroute A 6 to Lyon, then autoroute A 7 to Orange, the autoroute A 8 Orange, Avignon, Aix en Provence. Exit Aix en Provence by E 712 then autoroute A 51 towards Peyrolles en Provence, Manosque. Exit Greoux les Bains. Take D 952 via Riez, Moustiers and then Salles sur Verdon.
